Driving Ambition
Off road driving lessons are aimed at 12 - 16 year olds getting experience before driving on roads with other traffic. We also offer driving experiences for the Blind , Partially sighted , and those with Dyslexia, Dyspraxcia, ADHD (Attention, Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) .
Your off road lesson will be on a one to one basis. There are very few off road driving schools in the Uk. Most will get you to share a car with two other learners, but at Turweston it will be just you and your instructor.
Our Instructors are Driving Standards Agency Approved full-time instructors using dual controlled cars.
If you wish to come with a friend, Brother or Sister we can often arrange to have two or three cars available at the same time.
Your lesson will be conducted exactly the same as those you will have when you are 17.
We can cover the following..
The controls, Moving away stopping, Steering, Reversing, Turning the car around, Emergency Stops, Parking, Hill Starts.
The amount covered depends on your level of skill and the amount of time booked.
